The All Smiles Dental Group team is proud to announce that we were selected for the 2017 Excellence in Customer Service Award by the Better Business Bureau of Southern Colorado. More than 400 members of the local community joined us in celebrating at the BBB gala on September 28th.
BBB’s Selection Process
There is a rigorous process in place to determine recipients of this award. Rather than competing against others, eligible organizations submit a 50-page application that describes how they meet the BBB’s standards for excellence. Next, a independent committee visits the organization on the job for half a business day during which they conduct interviews with key personnel.
Jonathan Leibert, executive director and CEO of BBB said “We are proud of our Excellence in Customer Service Award winners. This vetting process is rigorous and lengthy – and these companies have proven they are super stars in customer service.”
The All Smiles team prides themselves on providing the highest level of customer service, and aims to be on par with customer service giants such as Nordstrom and Ritz Carlton. To achieve this, they offer over 130 hours of continuing education in customer service for every team member in their office, and regularly review feedback from patients for further training opportunities. Additionally, staff are reminded to uphold these standards with a “Customer Bill of Rights” that hangs in the break room.
